Jeremiah 51:5-7

⁵ For ^(A)neither Israel nor Judah has been widowed
By his God, by Yahweh of hosts,
Although their land is ^(B)full of guilt
^[a]Before the Holy One of Israel.
^6 (C)Flee from the midst of Babylon,
And each of you escape with his life!
Do not be ^[b](D)silenced in her ^[c]iniquity,
For this is ^(E)Yahweh’s time of vengeance;
He is going to ^(F)render recompense to her.
⁷ Babylon has been a golden ^(G)cup in the hand of Yahweh,
Intoxicating all the earth.
The ^(H)nations have drunk of her wine;
Therefore the nations are ^(I)going mad.
